3-Micro Needling Cupping:

The third cause of wrinkles and fine lines are doing micro needling cupping or the peeling of the skin continuously, means you are doing it more often than needed or you have started doing coupling needling or the peeling of the skin in early age these things are good if you are above 40 45. Below this age i don't think you need these all procedures. if a person will do this what will happen slowly the skin will lose its elasticity and this will cause wrinkles if you want to maintain the elasticity of your skin don't do these procedures.

4-Dry Skin :

The fourth cause of wrinkles and fine lines  is dry skin. yes if your skin is too dry or you're using any of the cream or lotions or face wash that makes your skin too much oil free then it can damage your skin. your skin will be too much oil free there will be no nourishment no moisturization and this will cause the formation of the wrinkles and fine lines, either you are living in a country where it's too colds and you are not moisturizing your skin this can cause the wrinkles and fine lines.

5-Sunburn:

The fifth cause of wrinkles and fine lines  is because of the sunburn or the UV radiations when a person is too much exposed to the sun rays then it can cause damage to the skin and this can cause the wrinkles so we should avoid unnecessary sun exposure.

  2. 1tsp flax seeds
  3. 5-7 tbsp. water
  4. half tsp olive oil
  5. one and a half tsp natural vegetable glycerin

Chop the carrots in  small pieces, dip the 5 almonds in water in the night and peel the skin of the almonds and you will get the white almond, you have to mix them with carrots and grind it after grinding just take out the juice from this mixture now you have to take 1 TSP of aloe Vera juice mix it in this juice that you have from the carrot and from the almonds  add one capsule of vitamin E what you have to take do is take the vitamin E capsule pop it and take out the vitamin E and mix it in this syrup that's all your serum is ready to be used see it's so easy.
