 What is oily skin? 

Our body is making oil so that our skin becomes soft and doesn't have a dry skin problem, it doesn't become rough it doesn't crack up. If someone has a little bit more oil than the normal one then it is called oily skin. It can be hereditary means you have a family history that everyone has oily skin so it can come to you also. Oily skin is not a problem unless and until it doesn't cause pimples or any kinds of other skin problems. Having oily skin is actually good, it can prevent your skin against all the cold effects, oily skin can prevent your skin against all other kinds of skin problems even infections and bacteria, oily skin is a sign of healthy skin. But yes if it's too oily then you need to control it.

It can be genetic or can be hormonal means a person is having a hormonal disease or a person is on some hormonal medicines these things can cause oily skin problems, and some other diseases such as PCOD this can also cause the oiling of the skin.

what you should not do if your skin is oily?

ØDo not wash your face frequently with chemicals to make the skin dry, because oil is made from the inside of your body its not just from the outside. What's happening you are just washing your face and removing all the oil it gives the signal to your brain to make more oil to pump more oil on the skin and what will happen is you will get the short result and again your skin will have oil and maybe this time your skin will produce more oil so this is giving the wrong signal to your brain.

ØDo not scrub your face a lot because oily skin is too sensitive and if you will do lots of scrubbing again the wrong signal will be sent to your brain and you will be having micro-damage on your skin that is not good for your skin.  Mild scrubbing you can do.

What should you do if your skin is oily?

It is very interesting to know that you have to do a little bit of oil massage of your face using any kind of oil it can be coconut, almond oil, or olive oil. Whatever oil suits you. First, remove this stigma from your brain that oiling of the skin will close your pores or it is bad for your skin. Oiling your skin is like giving food to your skin because the component of the coconut oil or almond oil especially the coconut oil is almost the same as are of your own skin oil. But results are not going to be just sudden it's gonna take time at least for a month you will feel that your skin is more oily you have to keep calm and just keep doing oil massage, this will surely help you.

It's better to treat oily skin inside of the body, then it will give you a glow it will balance all over the skin of your body. For this you have to eat lots and lots of vegetables, only then your skin will be better and your body will function properly. Because the vegetables have all the vitamins Minerals macro and micro nutrition that your body will get and this will help you in digestion and also removing the toxins from your body. If these things will be working well, only then you will have glowing and beautiful skin without any problem. Eating lots of vegetables will also provide you with lots of potassium which is very helpful for skin as well as for muscle. The homemade moisturizer for oily skin: 

Generally, the oily skin doesn't lose miniaturization. We actually don't need lots of chemicals or oil or anything else to make our skin moist if you have oily skin, because it's oily skin what else do you want to make it more oily or more greasy. You need very mild cosmetics or other stuff to take care of your skin. Oily skin is a type of skin that doesn't need lots of care unless and until you don't have any skin problems.

 

But it's effortless to make moisturizer for oily skin. we need the following simple ingredients:

Ø3 teaspoon of aloe vera gel

Ø3 teaspoon of rose water

Ø7 to 8 drops of tea tree oil

Ø2 capsules of vitamin E

 

Mix them all together that's all this is your moisturizer for oily skin.


How long does homemade moisturizer for oily skin last? 

you can keep this in your refrigerator for 30 to 40 days. make it one time and can apply it whenever you want up to 30 to 40 days.

 

How to apply moisturizer? 

what you have to do is just take a few drops of moisturizer and apply it on your face or wherever your body parts are needed.

 

Use tea tree oil for skin:

Because it has antibacterial antiseptic effects it will be a good thing to apply if you have oily skin.

 

Natural face wash for oily skin:

1. Gram Flour (Basin)

2. Fuller Earth (Multani Mitti)

 

Method:

ØYou can use gram flour to wash your face to prevent it from oily skin, take 2 tablespoons of gram flour, scrub it on your wet face for at least 1 minute and rinse your face with water.

Øyou can mix fuller earth with water make a paste apply it on your face wait for a few minutes or until it is dry rinse it with room temperature water.
